Currently in My Shopping Cart: Home Edition

Y’all, I told you a couple months ago I would share projects and items in our shopping carts as we slowly fill up our first home, so today is all the items on my “want it” list. I keep a file on my computer of a curation of things I love online to help me keep focused on my style and overall vision for the home. I have eclectic farmhouse style, I suppose. I like white walls and shiplap, but a whole lot of color and unique odds and ends all over the place. A little modern, a little mediterranean, a little classic and chic.

I am working on filtering out the super “farmhouse” stuff in my home for black iron accents and slightly more modern pieces. It’s not that I don’t like farmhouse anymore, but my style has just developed into something a little more fresh and eclectic over the last few years. A gallery wall behind our television and some colorful furniture are my priorities right now, aside from painting. If you paint- I can pay you in delicious food and copious amounts of your drink of choice. 😉 Kidding. Sorta.
