Back to School is basically the Super Bowl to me. I love the new shoes, the new clothes, the back packs, the new school supplies. The smell of a clean school, the smell of new clothes you haven’t been allowed to wear until Meet the Teacher… ALL OF IT. Now I get to live vicariously through my babies and see Back to School through their eyes, making it as magical as possible!
We did our huge shopping day earlier this week, and it was the first time we actually took the boys somewhere and let them do most of their shopping. Up until this point, I have done huge hauls on Zara and then gotten approval from Knox. But now… it’s their turn to take the lead. And they wanted Nike. So I semi-offended (lol, just kidding mostly) took them to Scheels and watched my teenagers -errr… little boys…- grab all things Nike and instantly grow up about 10 years. Mamas, your babies just don’t keep. Kiss them now.
Fact is, boys today want athletic clothes. The “cool” thing is socks and what Crocks you’re wearing… and what little add-ons you have on your Crocks. I know…. I digress.
