Today is the day! Icon Early Access to the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale has opened and the sale is now rolling out in full swing. Icon Access is the highest tier of card members (based on how much you spend a year). Next will be Ambassador on the 14th, then Icon (me!) on the 16th, and then public access to the sale is gained on the 28th. The benefit of holding a card is ensuring over the two weeks card holders can shop with early access that you get the items you have in your Wish List (Wish List is key for shopping this sale quickly and to organize your favorites in one spot!). However, it’s of course never needed. If something sells out by public access and you don’t want a card, it’s a bummer but will be restocked after the sale. It just comes down to what you value and if you think your family can benefit from this sale enough to get a card. This is my first year to own one, and it felt a little taboo as we are particular about money and credit cards. The rule to a credit card: Only spend what you can pay off by the end of the month!
Today, I am sharing the items that are generally a higher price point on my own Wish List (or I already own!)
I am excited about the Tory Burch boots for fall, because they can be worn with just about anything! Casual dresses, nice night out, maxi dresses, short dresses, jeans… Anything! They are what I call an investment piece. I have the AllSaints boot on here as well, because they are also what I would call an investment piece. I will not be purchasing these in the sale, though I love them, because it was one or the other for me and I have a greater need for the heel. But, if a flat, edgier boot is your style, these are beautiful and can equally be worn with so many different styles of outfits. The gold detailing on the light brown suede is dainty and make them sweet enough for any kind of dress!
I have worn Chloe perfume for 4 years now and it’s by far my favorite scent of all time. It’s elegant, chic, and not musky. (I hate musky). The Tula kit set is a great intro into Tula for a lesser price. It’s the basic regimen and I love the items in this set! I use Tula personally and it really is worth the hype in my opinion. Coats, bags, Jo Malone, and fancy slippers are items I wouldn’t spend the regular price on but love to strategically get during a good sale!
