You guys, we love McKinney. It’s the perfect combination of small town and big city. We are close enough to Dallas to commute and even workout at my favorite place, Zyn22, still, but far enough that I am not sitting in traffic for an hour to go 10 miles. (Can I get an amen?) In short, life is good. This past week I got to trot around downtown McKinney with my girl Hannah Hagaman to snap a few photos of this red hues look. (With my new red hair!) It’s so funny how when you grow up, you feel so much freedom from things that used to scare you. Legitimately, I used to think I couldn’t dye my hair once I got my letterman jacket my sophomore year, because it had a blonde dancer on the back. Blonde was my identity. And, as silly as it sounds, that is the truth. Thank goodness I found identity in things far greater as I grew up. And, thank goodness for just growing up. (Am I right?!)
Now, though it was literally 90 degrees outside when I shot this look, I know cooler weather is in about 90% of the country. Then, there’s Texas. So, if anything, this look can inspire your colder weather looks and, for me, help me hope for anything under 70 degrees in the next month.
My top and blue suede booties are from Riffraff and this necklace is from Rocksbox. My fur vest is from Foremost. If you want to try out Rocksbox, you can login and use the code ‘hannahchevesxoxo’ to receive one full month free!
Have a happy, happy Tuesday. You are so loved!
